I am new to the Galleria area, just moved here a couple of weeks ago from Europe. This is my first kid and when I found this website I immediately signed up hoping that somebody could suggest a good OB/GYN in this area. From everything I have read it seems that Texas Woman Hopital is a very good place to have the delievry. I would really appreciate your response regarding a nice OB/GYN who i can go to.
G., I am also 7 months pregnant and I use Dr. Phillip Pinell ###-###-####. I love him and I have been with him for 8 years. He has delivered several of my friends babies an they all love him too. He will deliver at Woman's or St. Luke's Hopsital. The good part about delivering at St. Luke's is that if something is wrong with the baby it is easily transfered to Texas Children's Hopsital for care.

I used to work at the Texas Womans Hospital and I LOVED Dr. Debra Gunn. It's been a while since I have been there, but if she is still there then I would go to her. Good luck with your pregnancy and welcome to Texas!!
My baby was delivered at St. Luke's hospital in the medical center with midwives from the Womens Specialists of Houston, they have Ob/Gyn's there too if that is what you prefer but the 4 women who serve as midwives were absolutely WONDERFUL!! :) Good luck with your search!
My favorite gynocologist is in the medical center and her office is like a spa, you can even get facials! Go to www.completewomenscarecenter.com. all the doctors are fantastic! p.s. methodist is the best hospital for deliveries in my opinion. good luck!
