I put a question out there awhile back about finding a new OB/GYN on the Eastside. So many responses came through and I was so grateful for that. Since then, I have gone through a divorce and moved to Riverview, which is Downriver. I have the same issues with the Ovarian Cysts and need to find a doc in this area SOON !!! I know that Henry Ford Wyandotte is near me, but have not a clue what doctors there are with great reputations in this area. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would be so grateful. Thanks in advance !!!
I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Butto - Downriver Institute for Women's Health http://drjerrybutto.com/. He is the sole doctor of the practice and provides EXCELLENT care. He is on call 24x7. He works out of Oakwood Southshore in Trenton. I left Dearborn OB/GYn and started seeing him after being referred by a friend. I wanted more personalized care and you get that with Dr. Butto!

If Dearborn isn't too far, I have had great service at Dearborn, OBGYN that work out of Oakwood Hospital. Office is on Michigan ave. there are 5 or 6 great doctors there, male or female all are great!
Dr. Engler or Dr. Kartha in Southgate. I love both of them. Dr. Engler delivered my first son, and Dr. Kartha delivered my second.
Dr Engler and Dr Kartha are awesome...small practice so you would only have to get used to 2 unlike some of the other places.

I have been going to him for almost 20 years! He is wonderful...very caring and knowledgable!
Dr. Jerry Butto is a wonderful doctor, he's in Trenton of of Fort Street
I have been going to Dr. Wolfs office, in Trenton, for over 20 years starting when I was 17. I have Endo. and other problems and they are all great. As a first choice they would be who I would go to.

Dr. Al-Jerdi, Dr. Goyert, Dr. Wolf - west jefferson, trenton
Dr. Singh - west road, trenton
Dr. Kartha, Dr. Engler - northline in Southgate (both women)
Dr. Hoprasart - trenton road, southgate
These all have good surgical skills and are really nice. Not that the other docs I work with aren't nice, but these are the ones I recommend first.
