A stuffy nose is a nutrient problem. It's possible that you have a allegries which is also a nutrient problem. I work for a company that has great line of food supplments. I suggest that you try supplements and the problem will clear up. If you want to hear more e-mail me at ____@____.com,

Good Luck to you

have you tried sudaphed (not Sudaphed PE)? That will clear up your sinuses (if that's your problem).

You need to see an ENT (ear nose throat) Dr. If anyone can help you an ENT can. I could not even imagin being able stuffy for that long.

Perhaps it is time to vist an Ears, Nose & Throat doctor (ENT). You could have blocked sinuses which are not able to drain properly. I kept getting sinus infections quite often. I finally went to an ENT & he discovered blockage along with a deviated septum, I had surgery & I'm much better. Still get sinus infections, but not like I used to. Good luck because I do know how you feel.

Have you tried changing your diet? Sometimes food allergies can cause that type of reaction. Try eliminating a food group at a time and see if you feel any different. Some common culprits are wheat (or other grains) and dairy. Try one of those first and see what happens.
Good luck!

have you ever had a CT scan or have your adenoids taken ot they sound like they ar swollen and inflamed and still infected. Do you see and ENT? you tried flonase or astepro, nason next type stuff, does regular benadryl or zyrtech type stuff work? you ned a full work up with an ENT and if you are seeing one you need to switch and get another opinion!
Good luck, J.

I had surgery to correct my deviated septum last year. It changed my life! No more stuffy nose. Get a referral from your GP for an ENT and they'll check it out. My insurance covered it.

I agree with the other comments...you should see an ENT. I had a similar problem and it turns out I had enlarged turbanates (sp?) blocking the air passage and making me feel stuffy all the time. It was an easy out patient surgery and I can breath again :) Good Luck!

It could be rhinitis. Either allergic or non-allergic. You should see an allergist about it.

My nose is "stuffy" all the time too. I can still breathe, but it just doesn't feel clear much. I have allergic rhinitis. I'm supposed to have a prescription nasal spray, but I haven't refilled it in over a year because I had lost my insurance... need to go back! haha
