Needing a Contractor That Replaces Carpeting

My company is Cornerstone Chem-Dry and we can come do a free pet urine analysis for you first to see how much is affected etc. We use black lights and moisture meters to find all the urine. It could be in the walls or the subfloor if it is extreme. When we re-stretch carpet we use power stretchers. This is VERY important -- most contractors only use knee kickers. If you do not end up using us - make sure the contractor you do use uses a power stretcher -- otherwise your carpet will need to be re-stretched into place again and again!

Run, don't walk, to your nearest Oreck store and get their pet stain and odor removal product. I had the same problem with the little dachshund I rescued and I promise you this will get rid of the smell and most, if not all of the stains! I tried every product on the market and brewed up every concoction I heard of or read about and nothing really worked as on humid days the smell was still there. The Oreck product REALLY works and I won't be without it as it is good for other odors and stains as well. This will hold you over and make things much more pleasant until you can get the carpet replaced.

You might call Winston Floors in Plano and see if they have time; they have done minor repairs for me before, although I also do a lot of other business with them. They are excellent. Sometimes you can get a good price on one room of carpet by purchasing a piece left over from a bigger job.

CC carpet is coming out and installing 1 room of carpeting for me. Give them a call, betcha they'd come to your house too. Don't we just LUUVV our pets!! MOm to once 4, now 2 cats. But I love them alot.
