Any recommendations for a cleaning service or person that can clean an empty apartment? We have a tenant that left a mess--filthy bathroom and kitchen. We want someone that will clean the fridge, bathroom, cabinets, floors, etc but a t a reasonable price. There are only 4 rooms plus the bathroom. and it will be empty of furniture. there is no carpeting. We live in the Oak Park/Berwyn/Cicero area

I might have someone for you she is great she is a very clean person I highly recommend her. She cleans my house very good and organize's anything that I need her to due. She is also my newborn's babysiter but she is available in the afternoons and on weekends. I also live in the area let me know thanks.

Based on what you're describing, I think you may want to use a lady I know who uses vapor steam to clean. It can make appliances and bathrooms look brand new. Write back if you'd like her contact information.

Diane, I would be willing to take a look at it and price it out than; I'm not a cleaning servcie put I've had many years of experience doing this as I use to manage my parents rental units and this was one of my beloved task (NOT) but I'm good at it and have been called a scrubber by those that know my cleaning skills...
