What is the name of the website that tells parents about movies and if they're appropriate for certain ages? I know it's been mentioned on here a few times, but for the life of me, I can't remember.

Thanks mamas!

So What Happened?

My daughters were invited over to a friend's house. Her parents have the same parenting style and are similar to my husband and I. I talked to the mother and she said they are considering getting Pitch Perfect for the girls and them to watch. It's a movie I have been wanting to see, but I wasn't sure it was appropriate for my girls. (13 & 14)

Thank you all for the websites! I'll go check them out and see if there is anything we wouldn't allow them to see. It's rated PG-13...but that doesn't mean it won't push the envelope and boundaries of what we'd permit. Anyway, thank you all!

You can also go to themoviespoiler.com and read the entire movie online.

*********************************
It is the FULL movie review, like saying:

The movie opened with a scene from Hogwarts and this happened then that happened and Hermione said this then she did that. Harry looked at her like this then Ron and Harry left and went to the library to do some homework.

Then Snape and Dumbledore were talking in Dumbledore's office about this and they decided that they were going to do such and such.

It is full of every detail of the movie, what happened, what the story was about, each and every detail. It's a movie spoiler site. They tell you everything. Often different people will tell about the same movie and one will tell stuff the other person left out or if they thought the other person missed the point in a scene.

It's handy to go to if you are like me and don't really enjoy a violent suspenseful movie that is gore and gushing blood. I wanted to know what happened in Ghost, that was the first time I ever went to this site, was to find out what happened in that movie. I had heard it was pretty scary when the demons from hell came and got the banker guy after he died from the window glass stabbing him. I wanted to make sure it was something I wanted to spend money on and see.

If you are considering seeing a kids movie but aren't sure if it's a movie for "your" kids then maybe you could mention it or ask about that movie in your post or even do another one.

My sister was the worlds most protective mom when it came to TV and Movies. She taped Dirty Dancing and left out the scenes where they are in Johnny's cottage and he takes off her shirt. She also skipped the parts that were about Penny's abortion gone wrong. When they referred back to it during the movie my sister told her that Penny had been sick. Did I mention my niece was a young teen at that time? She was....maybe 14 or 15.
