Jack & Jill Nursery School is in Roseville. It is on 13 mile between Gratiot and Groesbeck. It costs $17 a day. You can pay month to month. You can also send the kids either 9-12 or 12:30-3:30 Monday - Thursday. You can choose as many or as little days as you want. The teacher is Mrs. Fran and she has been doing this for a long time she is great with the kids she teaches them alot. Good luck.

Hi C.. I don't know if they are full for this Fall, but Trinity Lutherin has a great preschool. I believe they run about $100-$120 per month plus some registration fees. Four-year-olds meet Mondays and Wednesdays for 2 and a half hours. They could be full already, but worth a call. Are you looking for full-time? They also have a child care center with similiar lesson plans as the part-time preschool. The last I knew, the day care had a long waiting list.

Little Turtle through Chippewa Valley schools on Card at 22 1/2 Mile is $170/month for 3 days 2.5hrs/day, so just over $40/week. I believe they are also opening Little Turtle South at 19 & Romeo Plank at the old Seneca building this fall.

Do you qualify for headstart?? it is based on income.

Check with your local school district to see if they run headstart and if you qualify.

Also ask your school district if they do " world of fours"

it is free preschool - there are 23 criteria that they use to admit kids.. (single parent family etc...)

the world of fours is funded byt he state of michigan..

I was very frustrated with my lack of options for preschool in Clinton Township- the district only offers two locations and it seemed very expensive to me for public school.
Some of my final choices came down to finding openings in Utica schools- they are a school of choice and some of the locations are not far from us. You may also want to check into Handprints at Rockpointe Community Church- they offer preschool and a full time day care as well. I know that 4 year old preschool- three mornings a week is only $120/month. It would obviously be more for full days- but I don't know the cost on that.
There are also various independent companies that offer preschool, but I think you'd have to check into each one individually.
Good luck!
