Need Help with Computer Issues

I have used Geek Squad several times at home in Naperville, and have relatives who have used them in NJ and FL. We have all been very happy all of the time. I found them to be understanding, responsive, helpful, upfront with charges, all good things. I was very pleased, they alwasy fixed the problem I called on, and improved several other things at the same time. I recommend them to everyone.

I have used Geek squad in another region and was completely dissatisfied. Not only did they not fix the original problem but they left my laptop inoperable (the keyboard is not functional). The customer support I received was extremely poor in the store and the 800 number. This was a one month ordeal for a virus. I will never use them again and highly discourage anyone else from using them as well. They eventually after several hours and headaches gave me what they felt my computer was worth, which wasn't enough.

Again this is just my experience in another location.
