My aune is getting divorced and she needs a really good divorce attorney in the CHicago area to help her work through the custody issues. She's looking for full custody. Do any of you have any recommendations of very pro-mom attorneys?

Greetings! Sorry to hear about the divorce. The best group of family law attorneys in the city of Chicago is The Law Office of Jeffery Leving. I know they advertise as the "Father's Rights" attorneys but they have tons of women clients. It is also a good idea to be PROACTIVE and at least sit down with one of the attorneys at this office because if your aunt has a consultation with an attorney at this firm and decides not to hire them, her (ex)husband can't hire the firm either (conflict of interest). My husband is a lawyer with this firm and they really focus on the best interest of the children; they aren't just "pro dads."

I went thru a very nasty custody fight with my ex.... Thank God I switched my attorney. The attorney who helped me the most is Enrico Mirabelli...he is not cheap...but I have full custody, child support and my ex is paying back child support! He is very well know my all the judges and when you walk in to court with him ..they take notice!! I hope this will be helpful!
