As many of you know, your body totally needs pampering when you are pregnant. Anybody have a good massage place that is lisenced in pre-natal massage that isn't over the top expensive, and that is in the Northern Burbs?

What can I do next?

I love love love Rita Dirito Surgal. She was my doula and massage therapist for 2 pregnancies (1 a twin pregnancy). She also came to the hospital after the kids were born and did a post-natal massage which was the most fabulous massage of my life. Her number is ###-###-####.

I would try a place called Thereaputic Kneads in Highland Park. It is in a medical building on Elm Place or Park Avenue, I'm not sure. They specialize in massages of all kinds. It is very affordable, and the staff is so kind and gentle.
Good Luck

I am a massage therapist, but not trained in pre-natal massage (so I am pretty picky when it comes to massages). When I was pregnant, I started to get what probably would've turned into sciatica, but I caught it early on and got a few massages from Laura at Womancare in Palatine ###-###-####). Womancare is actually a group of OB doctors, and their Palatine office offers massage. The massages were only $60 or $65, which is a good price.
