Hi Mamas! I am looking to board my dog for 5 days in May. Do any of you know of a good and affordable place that will take good care of my fur baby? He is just over 1 year old and has all his shots, is very good natured and weighs 55 pounds so a place with good sized areas. Thanks for your input!

What can I do next?

Not sure where in Ft Worth you are but our groomer is in Crowley. They have a nice large place for the animals. I have never used the boarding but we take both our dogs there for grooming. Everyone is really nice and never any problems. The name is Mesquite Flats and the website is www.mesquiteflats.com. It has the boarding rates on there, it seems pretty reasonable. Good Luck!

Summerfields Animal Clinic on Beach and Basswood. The Vet' s name is Karen Metzner...###-###-####. Our dog stays there when needed. Nice people there.

R.,
I do not know where in Ft. Worth you are, but we use the Kennel Kare in Roanoke. I have to say they aren't the cheapest around, but my furry guys have NEVER come home with extra "friends" on them from being there and that is worth gold in my book! And they do take good care of my boys too!
Their number is ###-###-####
