Hi ladies.

I am in need of a good really good carpet cleaning service. I have 3 pets that sometimes have an oopsy in the house and even though they are house trained and are usually very good they sometimes are lazy or it's cold or raining or whatever makes animals think it's okay to potty in the house.
That being said I need someone who can really deep clean and make sure the smell and the urine is out to the best of their ability. I see all the ads and the coupons I get continuously about carpet cleaning but sometimes you just get what you pay for so if any one has had any experience with this situation or can recommend someone that did a good job for them I would really appreciate it.

What can I do next?

I own Cornerstone Chem-Dry here in Dallas, TX. Been in business over 17 years because of our great results and commitment to quality customer service. We use a deep extraction cleaning and have a product called PURT (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) that is the best product out there (and we have tested a lot) for the removal of urine smells. Here is a link to our website : www.co2cleaners.com

and to some information on our PURT product :
http://www.co2cleaners.com/pet-urine-cleaning.htm
When our technician arrives he will provide you with a free pet urine analysis to determine exactly where the urine spots are so he can treat them appropriately. ns. They are sold for $25 per quart(before the discount). Again, when the tech arrives to clean he will do a free analysis and use a blacklight/moisture meter to determine where the spots are and let you know BEFORE he begins any work.

All of our carpet cleaning services include pre-vacuuming, deep extraction cleaning & quick dry of traffic areas with NO hidden “Pre-conditioning” charges! Our hot water extraction cleaning provides amazing results with about 90% less moisture than traditional carpet cleaning, leaving your carpets clean & dry in just 1-2 hours!
Once our technician arrives he will perform a thorough pre-inspection walk through with you to see exactly what you want cleaned and then he will pre-vacuum all areas beforehand. Afterward, he will do a post-cleaning walk through with you to confirm your satisfaction before leaving. You will receive a follow up call/email after your cleaning asking how we did. We value our customers and want to make sure they are all completely satisfied with their cleaning experience with Cornerstone Chem-Dry.

We would love to help you with your cleaning needs! Have a beautiful day and if I can be of any help, please feel free to call our office at ###-###-#### or email me at ____@____.com

Thanks,
E. Herman

Coit. They are not the cheapest, but often run specials. I think they do a fantastic job.

I third Coit. I am a freak about carpeting. I feel they are 90% of house smell problems. I have animals too, while I prefer hard wood, Tile, and laminate. We cant afford all the replacement yet. I have a dog that took a while to house train. I was diligent at getting at the oops, but occasionally one was missed for some time. I know I can smell it when its warm or the sun shines on certain areas for a while. I have had Coit come 2 times so far, and both times they look and smell awesome after wards. I have rented rug doctors, and borrowed cleaners. They have done decent jobs, but its a lot of work.

Dalworth Carpet Cleaning does a FANTASTIC job! They have crazy machines that connect to their van and run all the way in and around your house. They have an extreme suction that gets the worst of the worst out. We've used the pet-stain/odor eliminator option and it helped a ton! I totally recommend them!

From what I've been told by friends that use a serice, Coit and Stanley Steemer are the best.
