Mamas: My 13-year old niece has the Twighlight book series and wants "Twighlight stuff" for Christmas. I assume that would be a poster or t-shirt. I need ideas on these gifts and any resource (like a store or web page). Thanks!
Hi there! The store Hot Topic is in most malls & www.hottopic.com seems to have the most Twilight stuff, shirts, posters etc. You might want to get her the soundtrack too if she doesn't have it already. Hope that is helpful!
I just recently developed "Twilight" fonts for embroidery. So I could do pillowcases, blankets, Towels, stockings, jackets, bags if they are large or have flaps & more with her choice of the title font or character's handwriting from the books. This will give them something that no one else will have.
You can either provide the item to be embroidered or I have a ton of the super soft fuzzy blankets and fleece blankets that you could purchase from me for cheap--$5-$20 depending on the style. My embroidery costs are $5 for a name in a 4x4" space (if her name is short, it could fit...I made most of the fonts pretty big, so it just depends on which one she chooses) or $7 for a name in a 5x7" space.

My 12 year old absolutely loved the movie, I'm buying her a TWILIGHT illustration book that I saw at Target for $17.00. It has pictures of the the movie and short facts about the scenes and the actors, I think a T-shirt would also be a big hit! You might want to find a bag/backpack with their pictures on it, she just received one with Camp Rock and High School Musical for her birthday, so I'm sure they have them with Twilight on it. Borders book store has lots of Twilight items as well as Hot Topic, which was mentioned earlier.
Also online www.cafepress.com and www.zazzle.com has Twilight related products. The website www.twilightteez.com is another.
As an 'older Twilighter'...I would recommend Amazon or Borders for Twilight-related items. Borders has a calendar (on my list too!) that is really neat, and there is the Movie Companion book to Twilight. It's very cool if she doesn't have it already. Also, there is the Twilight Saga coming out, but its release date isn't until after Christmas. Pre-ordering it for her would be a great gift too!
Treat yourself and read the books! You won't be sorry!!! :) I'm 33, full-time working mom with one on the way and a 6yo! They are future Twilight fans! LOL
Hot Topic is my first suggestion. Borders Bookstores is supposed to have an exclusive Twilight 2009 calendar. I also noticed that Amazon.com has a Twilight "store" with products related to the movie, including jewelry that you see the actors wearing in the film. In book 3, Bella is given a bracelet from Jacob with a wolf charm on it. Edward adds a diamond charm to it. You could get her a charm bracelet and put a wolf/dog and "diamond" charm on it. That would be unique but also Twilight related.
My daughter is also 13 and asked for "Twilight Stuff". I went to Borders Bookstore (any bookstore would have the same things) and I eBayed Twilight Gifts. There were lots of idea. I know there are also buttons, stickers, companion books to them ( Insiders Book to Twilight) and books on the actors. Hope this helps!! Good luck!
