Hi! So, I am doing a bunch of mini photo shoots (I am a photographer) in a couple weeks and I'm doing it at a park and I need some ideas of a little scene that I can set up that's quick and easy. I was thinking about getting some pumpkins, but what else can I do that will look cute while on a very tight budget? I don't think the park will let me bring in hay, so that's not an option. I need cheap and easy clean up but also cute as it's for little kids and families.
Thank you!

So What Happened?

LOVE the wagon and apples ideas! I just don't have a wagon, lol! Keep the great ideas coming!! Thanks!

Tracy, that's a good idea too, but I have already paid for my permit to use the park. I will keep it in mind for next year.

Is there a pumpkin patch in your area? Rather than go to the park, you could give the patch $20 to let you use thier pumpkins, hay, gourds and block off a little corner. OMG, i just had an idea. You could contract with the patch to set up for the day and take pics of the kids that come for like $10 a piece. You could just do it with a digital camera and email them the picture.

I think that Michaels Craft Store has scarecrows a couple of feet high that go into the ground, although I don't know the price. Maybe you can get one of those to go with the leaves and pumpkins

A wagon (which could help get your pumpkins there), gourds, apples, leaves, sunflowers, fall colored mums.

Do you have any fall leaves yet in your area? Gather up a bunch of those and take some photos of the kids sitting on them (or in them if you can get enough for a large pile) or tossing them in the air. Or get a ton of balloons and blow them up and have the kids playing with them. Or get a bunch of bubbles they can blow. Those might be tough if it's windy though!

Don't forget about Halloween. Kids love Halloween! Hang ghosts and black cats from the trees...... or a witch. Nothing too scary
