5 Star Services is the BEST carpet cleaning business I have ever used. They have non-toxic 'stuff' and I know the owner personally. I use her for our home, and even when we moved out of rental my son had done quite a job on the white carpet - it looked brand new when they were done. Very reliable, and reasonable. Tell her K.
