William Waller in Wheaton on Butterfield/Naperville Rd. He did ours and he was extremely reasonable with price.

Hi Marjorie, my husband and I just drew up our wills and used Dick Kuhn in Naperville. He's with the firm Kuhn and Heap on Washington in downtown Naperville. He's taken care of 2 real estate closings for us also. He was reasonable.

We did ours through www.legacywriter.com. It's a great site that I've only heard good things about. You fill out all your info and then it puts it in professional format. Then you can print up the whole thing on the computer, everybody signs it and you get it notarized and then you have your legal will. It's something like $50 as I remember and for an extra fee of about $5 you can make changes for the next 5 years free of extra charge. So a whole lot cheaper than involving an attorney. So you may just want to check out that website before going with a lawyer.

We used an a friend's attorney...David Wells. He is in Chicago, but the nice thing is he comes out to your house (no extra charge) to put together your will or trust. He's a great guy and competive with the fees. His number is ###-###-####.
