I am looking for an Orthodontist in the Highland Village/Flower Mound area. I know there are a few close by but do not know anything about them. If anyone has experience with one in the area that they can recommend I would love to hear from you.

Dr Vignolo has a new office off of 407. I am a hygienist in Corinth and refer patients to his office here but I don't have his phone # for his Highland Village office. You can call the Corinth # to get it....###-###-####

A little further out than what you mentioned but well worth it is Johnson & Collins. They are at the Southlake Town Square so you can get a little shopping in before/during/after the appointments. Tell them M. Curtin sent you! My husband and I both had braces through them as adults.

Hi J.. I live in Flower Mound. The 2 most popular ones in our neighborhood are Dr. MacFarland and Dr. Habern.

Both are excellent and are about the same price.Dr Habern is right by the post office in Flower Mound(across from Kohls) and Dr. MacFarland is on Main by Garden Ridge. For what it is worth we chose Dr. Habern because he doesn't use the traditional head gear which we knew our son was not going to use. I would recommend meeting them both and seeing which you prefer.
Good luck!

Hi J., I would very highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Gronberg at Gronberg Orthodontics at ###-###-#### www.gronbergorthodontics.com

Our encounters with her were actually through Monarch...she was the orthodontist that did my daughter's braces...she left about 3/4 of the way through her treatment to start her own practice. Anyway, I really liked her and so did my daughter. She seemed very easy to talk to and my daughter's teeth ended up looking spectacular.

Good luck with whomever you choose :-)

Oh, forgot the address 3000 Village Pkwy. Suite B Highland Village 75077

I would recommend Dr. McFarland! He has been around for a very long time! I am 28 and he did my braces when I was a kid! He has also done my sisters and two brothers! And, when I had braces he did ALL of my friends! He is a great ortho! =) And, his office is awesome which is a major perk for the kids! Good luck with your search!

There is a new one that opened up on 407 - Smiles for Life, that I've heard great things about. The guy is really nice and has 3 kids of his own, so he is very good with them.

If Johnson and Collins Orthodontist has an office near you, I strongly recommend them. My daughter had her braces done there, and it was quick, painless, and they are super nice. They have an office in Coppell, Southlake, and Bedford, that I know of, but I'm not sure if they have one near you. Check them out! They are a little more expensive than others, but it is well worth it.
Good luck!

I have taken my two daughters to Apple Orthodontix (Dr. Rendon). He started in Arlington, but moved to Coppell, which worked out very well for us since we recently moved to Euless. I am not sure how close to Coppell you are, but he has done us a good job so far and we plan to take our 4th daughter there next year.

Hi J.,
I know you have received many suggestions and I am surprised that no one has mentioned Dr. Sankey on Morriss (near 3040) in Flower Mound. His office is called Flower Mound Orthodontics.
They are great. I love the views of the trails/wildlife from the treatment rooms, which are each separate, not one huge room like some offices have. Every one of the hygenists are extremely sweet and visits are quick in and out. I love that I've never had to wait beyond my appt. time! They always strive to make you comfortable and are quick to see you if you ever need an emergency visit (loose bracket, wire or the like)

Good Luck!

Not sure if you have already made a decision or not by myself and both of my kids have gone to Dr. McFarland for our braces. My daughter is currently in hers. I had several referrals but chose Dr. McFarland because my dentist of 20 years had 6 kids and had used Dr. McFarland for all of his own children. They have been great to work with. Good luck!
