Need a New Swimsuit

I'm looking for a new swimsuit and would like a one piece skirted suit to hide some of that cellulite. Anyone have a favorite place to buy "mommy" swimsuits that aren't frumpy?

Lands End! I love their "Beach Living" styles -you can get skirts and shorts to mix and match with different tops. Their stuff is high quality and lasts really well too. I highly recommend the Supplex material -it doesn't "hug" you or snag and it dries really fast. You will probably do better and find something more flattering in a tankini style than a one piece -although they do offer some skirted one pieces at Land's End.

Lands End OVERSTOCKS (online), hands down.

They are well made suits that hold up for years, lots of mix and match styles, and a wide array of sizes to choose from.

And the online chat/personal shopper can give you exact measurements and comparisons between suits and sizes, which I've used to narrow down my choices...

Definitley worth a look!

Depends on your size, all the sites mentioned are good too, but I am a borderline plus size with a largerchest, so I went with http://www.alwaysforme.com/ They have size 16 and up and LOTS of non-frumpy and non-old lady looking suits for women with curves!

Try Lands End. They have a huge variety of swimsuits and a lot are not frumpy at all.

The one I bought from Lands End isn't cheap, but it "holds everything in" and the fabric is so much more sturdy than what you get in stores, I know it will last for years.

I just bought a suit at jcrew. Not skirted but it's a one piece with tons of ruching to hide the belly that we all have. I think it's really cute and so NOT frumpy! They also have some cute tankinis that hide the belly. Happy shopping!

I got mine at Kohl's last year. Mine is a tankini instead of a one piece. I just don't care for one piece bathing suits. I'm short and I always feel like they ride up. The bottom is cute skirt and the top has some rouching on the side to help make the tummy look slimmer. The best bet is to just go shopping. Go alone and plan on trying on about a zillion different suits. It's really the only way to find one that will work. Happy shopping!

My sister SWEARS by Lands End. A little more $$ but hold up.

My last suit was from www.swimsuitsforall.com

My mom teaches swim classes and that's where she gets hers. I really liked the one she got me and I HATE wearing swim suits!

We love Everything But Water in the mall. They have tons of colors, styles, and assortments.

My 16 yr old and I shop there and find good quality suits, not frumpy at all.

I have to buy separates because I have natural perky 34DD's and a size 2 body to work around. I've always had good luck at this shop!

J Crew actually has really beautiful mix-and-match suits so you could do a full-coverage top with "cool straps" and a skirted bottom. Pricey, but they are well made and last forever.
