Hey mamas! In a previous post, I put out the concept of a daycare referral service - well, flash forward 2 months and many meetings, spreadsheets, brainstorming sessions, maps, and legal junk - we have a company! We are moving at lightning speed on this with a soft launch planned for April 07 and hard launch in October 07. We have all areas covered except for one - I need a database programmer. Our database needs are extensive and are beyond the capabilities of our current team. I've started my search for this person, but wanted to also throw it out to you all, in the hopes that one of you is qualified in this area and would like to join up with us. My name is S. H. and my husband and I and our little girls moved here a year ago from Biloxi Ms after Katrina. He hired on with a fabulous company in May and in Aug was transferred to Louisiana. My girls and I have stayed in Texas because of school and other reasons, but it has really taken a toll on our little family. I would love to be a part of your fabulous organization and being that my husband and I owned our own corporation for 9 years, I feel I could be of great assest. My question to you is would you consider me if we are going to be relocating to Baton Rouge? Baton Rouge is growing very rapidly and I could possible do the leg work for that area.
