We are having our son baptized and need to find a caterer who could prepare a few entrees and side dishes that we could serve at our house after church, or a nicer restaurant we could take 15-20 friends and family to for a nice brunch/lunch. Any recomendations?

Hi J.,
I am not sure what your budget is but, Mc Divots has a great brunch and its on a golf course. Are you familar with the Carolina club? It is off of Sample and Rock Island.

We used TooJay's for our event. They delivered to the house which was much more comfortable than a noisy resteraunt---esp. on Sunday's.
Good Luck

I would contact a few restaurants in CS and ask them if they cater home parties. I know I've used Pepperoni Grill. They will set up for you. They are reasonably priced too.

Call a few places.

If you need any more help. Lee know.

Good Luck.

Congratulations!

If you're doing it on a Sunday McDivots at the Carolina Club on Rock Island has an awesome brunch. It's a little pricey, I think $20 a person, but it's very yummy. They have a huge buffet, and also a carving station. If you want something cheaper La Vie en Rose on 441 across the street from Northwest Medical Center on 441, also has a nice brunch. I think it's around $10 a person, and all the meals include a mimosa. However, this is one meal per person. Good Luck!
