Last week, I created a website via www.domain.com and paid for it. I even got a confirmation email from domain.com. Just now, I noticed it is GONE! How can this be???

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I tried contacting tech support via phone, and they are not open on the weekend. I then tried emailing them, but it asks for your website name, and when I type it in, it says it is an invalid name. So I can't even email them b/c according to them, my website doesn't exist. I will call them first thing tomorrow morning, that is for sure.

Have you emailed domain.com to ask what happened?
I hope it wasn't a scam :(

Doesn't sound like a very trust-worthy site! If you get your money back from them, don't be fooled into thinking you have to pay hundreds of dollars for a website and/or someone to design your pages. You can get a domain name, web page designer package, email, and I can design 5 of your pages for as little as $140, less if you design them yourself. Send me a message if you're interested, as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my website on here! Hope you get your issue resolved!!!

if you can get a refund via your credit card contact them, its consumer protection then go to YOLA.com I have a website through them and they are great very easy to use and not very expensive. I do hope this will be resolved bc I know how hard and time consuming it can be to make everything just right.

Have you contacted domain.com's tech support? Maybe they had a glitch or something. If you have the confirmation email, it should be pretty easy to fix.

Don't know how much you paid or how you paid, but if it isn't resolved, think about contacting your Attorney General - this sounds much like wire fraud!

Contact them and have your confirmation numbers handy. Technical supprt should be able to breeze through this.
