My daghter is turning 5 and we are having a hawiian themed party I can't find any hula dancers anyone know of someone that can come and teach the kids and dance
Where do you live? I have a friend who was in a dance troupe that performed as well as taught Hawaiian dancing. Look on line for dance troupes - they might be able to help.
In California, there are "Hawaiian Clubs" or Hula clubs or "Hula Halau." ('Halau' is the Hawaiian word for groups/clubs).

If you find a dance school in your area, you can ask the owner of the dance school
Halau Na Wai Ola - ###-###-####. They are fantastic and have packages that will teach the kids as well as put on a performance.
