My Boobs Need a 'Lift'!

Hi all. Pregnancy and breastfeeding have left my breasts SMALLER than ever. I see 10 year olds with bigger boobs than me! It is sooooo depressing.
Surgery is not an option for me, so I am looking for some good bra pads. I am a fitness instructor so I am looking for inserts than can be worn IN a sports bra. So far all the ones I have tried either are way too obvious or move around A LOT and I end up with a uni-boob in the middle of my bra.
Since sports bras do not have separate cups, and only one shelf bra, I am looking for some pads that will really stay in place regardless of activity level.
I do have some padded sports bras now, but I'd love to still wear some of my other great tops I already have.
Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Please don't obsess about your flat chest - you are a fitness trainer and far better off without the extra load! I felt the same after having my second child, but soon realized I was a lot better off being able to wear a sports bra while breast feeding, and now after having three am able to be far more active and am far healtheir than most women in their late forties (and younger). You are a great being a great example for the rest of us! God bless! S. (an older mom still running and XC skiing who can keep up with her kids)

Hi G. - I don't know how much you want to spend, but Lululemon has amazing workout tops, some with padding. They look natursl and not like you have pads in. They are more pricey, but since you do it for a living, think of it as your work clothes! I also swear by the Victoria's Secret padded bra that is a cleavage enhancer (the exact style name escapes me, but it's in the Body by Victoria line). It really works! I actually can't wear it when I have PMS because I feel TOO big! There are a lot of women out there who complain about this (me being one of them) so there are a lot of bra options... you don't have to spend a ton to get decent results. Good luck!

I recommend that you get breast implants. They will boost your confidence and make you look great.
