Has anyone used this product and know if it works? I am trying to remove stains from baby clothes, primarily food stains. Would love to quit using Spray-n-wash as it has a lot of toxic chemicals. Or can you suggest an alternative eco/baby friendly product?
thanks!

The best stuff is Biokleen Bac-Out. They have it at Elephant Pharmacy or I order it online. It is a natural enzyme that eats stains. I use it on my daughters poopy diapers and they look brand new and it's totally natural!

Hi there, well I don't have babies anymore, but I've had four.... but, I can tell you that Tide liquid detergent works for getting stains out, just tab a little on the stain, let sit about 30 minutes and wash as usual. I buy the 2x, so little is needed. Also, I've found that Dawn dish soap takes out stains great (even grease stains), it has to be the original (the blue one), use it the same as the liquid Tide.... good luck and God bless!! C.

Hi A.,

Melaleuca has an awesome laundry line safe for newborns and up. All their products are eco friendly and safer for you and your family. They are having a special through the 15th of Dec to join for $1. Please don't heistate to email me for more info,I would be happy to share. Hope this helps.

Zout gets stains out of almost everything. Put some directly on the stain and use an old toothbrush to scrub it in. Then put a capful in your laundry load as it also is a color brightener.

Have you tried white vinegar? It got coffee out of my white rug.
Get it while the food is wet. I also like baby oxy clean for my diapers (target and bbrus)
Baking soda is a brightener as well.
Maybe you should try a larger bib, like the bummies.

Congrats on your wedding!

I haven't had much luck with any of the Mrs. Meyers products. Yes, the baby detergent smells lovely, but it sucked. I use fragrance free oxy clean now and I'm diggin on it. It's not the best as far as eco friendly, but it's better than some. The truth of the matter is is that NO product out there is safe for the environment, we can just make choices that are better than others. :D You can also try a baking soda paste, but test the fabrics first.
