Has anyone used the Mother's Best Friend babysitting service? I'd like to know if anyone has had a good/bad experience with them.

What can I do next?

I used them to find our current nanny whom we have had for three years, with no complaints. Service was great.

I have not heard anything good/bad about Mother's Best Friend unless it's the same as MOM'S BEST FRIEND, Kim W owns it and she is absoultely wonderful, I know her from mamasource and through a mutual friend. I work through Caring Hands and they do a VERY intensive criminal background check.

Good Luck!

Is this the same as Mom's Best Friend? If so, I applied with them as a nanny, although I ended up taking a nanny job I found through other connections. But from going through their process, they are extremely thorough - contacting past employers and personal references, criminal check, credit check, extensive interview with lots of "how would you handle this situation" questions. It's a great screening process and I would feel confident about anyone they approve.
