Medical Center of Plano (Coit and 15th in Plano) has a Mom & Baby yoga class that is wonderful. It is one morning a week, Please call ###-###-#### for more information.
About once a month or so, they have a new mom tea to bring baby and visit with other moms and hear a speaker, also.

There is Little Gym in Rowlett. Classes start at 4 mos. but right now there is a 3 mo. old baby in our class so maybe you could talk to them and see if you could try it out with Cooper? The first time is always free so you could at least come and check it out and see if it is something you would like to do in the future. Right now, the classes for the 4-10 mo. olds are Mon. Tue. and Thu. at noon. For the 4-10 mo. olds you go twice a week once you enroll.

Check out Stroller Strides. It's a great workout for you and your baby can come along, too. The kids are entertained by songs, games, etc. They are located all over the metroplex. Check out the website: www.strollerstrides.com. It's a lot of fun!

Your local parks and recreation should have a catalog of classes offered at the community center. McKinney offers classes as well if you can't find what you want.

W.,
I can highly recommend the music classes by MusicTogetherDallas.com. They have several class times to choose from, and I believe the Summer registration is going on right now. What I love about the class, is that it is for ages 0 - 5 years old. You are in a class with mixed ages, but it really works well. All of the teachers are wonderful and the benefits of music at an early age are amazing! They also offer a free trial class, that you can sign up for, to see if you like it. Hope you try it out!

Richardson Recreation used to offer Mom and Baby yoga - they probably still do. Then once the baby is 12 months, they have Gym Dandies - like Gymboree but MUCH cheaper! You have 15 minutes of free play with toys in the gym, 15 minutes of circle/group time, 15 minutes of parachute games. There is a 1 year old class, a 2 yr. ols, and a three yr old, then at 4 they have a 3 hour stay and play indipendent of mom.

Look at Gymboree in Plano. You can visit a baby class for free to see if you like it.
