Hello I have a five month old baby girl and I need to lose to c-section belly. Can any one assist me in finding a mommy and baby class in the Canton area.

There is a group called stroller strides in Canton. They meet at a park during good weather and at the Summit during bad weather. You can find them on the web if you search stroller strides canton michigan. Hope that helps!
If you are a member at Lifetime Fitness, they may have a stroller fitness class that is great! At least they have this class in Commerce, but not Novi, so check with the Canton location... it also has free child care in case you want to do other classes or workout on your own. If not, the weather is perfect -- get outside for long daily walks! Good luck!
