Mom's Networking Home Based Business Groups

I work with a company that is based around nutritional products. I have had only the most awesome support from everyone in the company. And of coarse because it is home based there are a lot of moms involved. I stay at home so they have help me quite a bit and I have never had a time when I felt that anyone was bashing anyone else, even outside of the company. meetup.com start you own...sounds like there are a lot of people who will come if you start one.

I just joined a group for the same reasons at meetup.com. They just had their first meeting in Arlington Heights last Wednesday and I wasn't able to go but they will have one each month. Go onto the website and look for The NW Burbs Small Business Meetup Group. It is run by 2 best friends.

Maybe we'll all meet there. Tell them that K. sent you. There truly is a need for this and I hope this is the forum that we all are looking for.

I have been searching for one for a long time now, but to no avail. Every parental site out there people are bashing one another. This is what happens, and it really can't be helped. The best thing to do is ignore the nastyness and use the site for whatever reasons you joined. We still can help many people, as long as we filter out the junk. There is also a great reporting button we can click at the bottom of people's post. If the post is nasty or bashing rather than constructive we certainly have te right to report it to the facillitators which warn people to begin using the site for what it was intended rather than to hurt one another.
