Mom Seeking Consignment Shops for Adult Clothing and Kids Clothes & Toys

I work in Haddonfield and live in Magnolia. The Haddonfield shops are upscale but do not seem to carry everyday clothes (alot of evening wear) but the pricing will be better than near my home. I have jogging suits, slacks & blouses as well as childrens clothes and toys all in great shape. Any specific shop suggestions??

What can I do next?

S.,
There is a childrens consignment store on the corner of Nicholson Rd and White Horse Pike. I have only been in there once but they seemed to have more everyday things. And there are a few womens consignment stores in Collinswood that I have used that are great. Hope I was helpful.

The place on the WHP off Nicholson is called Already Been Cuddled. They take stuff on consignment (no adult clothes) and you get 50% of the price. The turn around for the cash is usually a few months. I don't know if that's normal!?!? If they are name brand - try ebay - I made more money than when I tried the consignment.

The store, Already Been Cuddled, is a little pricey. I bought Gymboree pants there, used & found them at the actual store on clearance for less.

I do know from someone on a local yahoo group, that she had a problem getting the money the store owed her & had to get a lawyer involved, so be careful.

Try a site called GumdropSwap (http://gumdropswap.com). No need to hold onto all of that stuff. Save a few fave outfits to pass on if next is same sex but get some return value on that money and free up space in your home and your parent's. You can swap from anywhere in the US by sending the clothes your kids outgrow to this kids boutique in CT. It's instant gratification. As long your things are in good condition they don't turn down anything because of brand, size or season. They take everything unlike resale store like Once Upon a Child! They give you points to shop on the website and send the clothes that fit your kids. It's great if you don't have time, patience or know how to do consignment, Ebay, craigslist, tag sale, etc.
