Not with just one measurement I wouldn't, at least not until you get results of ultrasound. I measured right on target with my son the whole time but one midwife insisted I was "awful small" to be as far along as I was. I was 19 so I think she was trying to scare me. Pre-pregnancy I was 94 pounds...had a 8 lb baby. With my daughter, they were concerned about her growth because of one of my measurements but she was perfectly fine and healthy...6lb 10 oz. Don't stress!

I always measured small and my baby measured big! My belly just never got very big. I was always 4-6 small, but my son was born happy and healthy! I wouldn't worry about a thing, since your getting the ultrasound. SO many people measure small

I measured small with both pregnancies. Smaller the second time and I had a 3D ultrasound. The doctor whom preformed the ultrasound was able to tell me despite my small belly mesurement the baby was growing fine. I had a healthy baby boy 6lbs 12oz. So try not to stress to much wait for the ultrasound and take it from there. Best of luck!

If the doctor says the baby is Okay...no, dont be concerned.Especially if you know your eating right and all that. I say this because when I was pregnant with my daughter, also my first, i was very small.I looked as if I were 5-6 months when I had her but she was 8lbs. 6oz. Good Luck.

I measured small with both of our kids. Our son was 8 lbs. 9 oz. and daughter was 8 lbs. 15 oz. You can guess how I feel about the accuracy of "measurements"!

I measured small the entire time and then our daughter was 3 weeks early. It was all fine.. Especially since your first pregnancy was also small.

I wouldn't worry too much... it's definitely not an exact science (even the ultrasounds...) They said my son was going to be SOOOO big, so they scheduled a C-section. He turned out to be 7 pounds, 5 ounces.... Since your first baby measured small and turned out perfectly fine, I wouldn't worry too much. (although I know that's difficult to say....) :)

Good luck! I hope everything turns out alright!
