Maternity Bathing Suits

Hi ladies. I thought I would ask here because I am having a hard time finding maternity swimsuits. I have been to Old Navy and there are no swimsuits in their maternity section. I was thinking about just doing a tankini but the ones that I have found do not have any "up top" support. I have also looked online @ Penney's and again did not see swim suits as part of the maternity. I know there is motherhood and mimi and places like that but I hate to pay $60+ for a swimsuit when I will need more than one and they will only be worn for about 4 months. I don't have to have maternity it's the support that I have to have. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I found one at MiMi Maternity on sale and I think I will wear my bikini's with tank tops over them when I don't wear that one. If it was the pool in my back yard I would just wear the bikini but I don't want to do that to my neighbors at the community pool. LOL, thanks to everyone that responded. :)

I have a black maternity tankini that didn't sell at my garage sale if you are interested. I am asking $10 for it. My email is ____@____.com

Go to Victoria's Secret online catalog. They have every kind of suit with support. I promise you won't have to pay $60, and if you do, I will be very surprised. The tankini is the best to get. A girlfriend of mine found hers there and it is so cute, not maternity, and some of the tops even come in like a medium c-cup, small b-cup... things like that. I PROMISE you will find one there. Hurry, hurry!!

When I was pregnant with my 2nd during the summer, I wore my regular two piece, with a white maternity tank over it. It worked out really well, and I didn't have to spend the money to buy something I wouldn't use much.

Hope you find something to work.

I got my tankini at Motherhood for $34.99 plus tax. Target has some, but I didn't like the ones they had. Mine is just a halter top, but they have other styles. Mimi was way more expensive so I didn't even look at theirs.

Try Ebay or a second hand kids store if you don't want to spend a lot of money. I think they purposly make maternity clothes expensive.

If you're normally a bikini kind of girl, just continue wearing your regular bikini rather than buying a maternity swim suit. I did this when I was pregnant with my first, and found that a sports type suit, with a top like a sports bra and a draw string in the waist of the bottom was the most comfortable for me (while I was swimming laps). Good luck.

Old Navy doesn't carry much Maternity in their stores any more - kinda disappointing. They do have them online though. I got mine at Motherhood this year, it was about $35. When I was there they still had some sale styles from last year (Grapevine Mills). Target has some too I just didn't care for their colors/styles this time, I still have the one from when I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago from Target- very supportive in the bust and still looks great even after being used for an entire summer but it's a little too snug this time around (1st son was a December baby, this one's due at the end of July.) Otherwise I'd try separates at the department stores, not sure how far along you are but you might be able to get away with that or if you're brave (I'm not!) just try a regular bikini!
