We will be celebrating what would of been my dad's 60th birthday and 10 years of his passing soon and I'm trying to come up with a cake idea but needing to know how I would go about turning his picture into an edible image for the cake. Thank you for all your help.

What can I do next?

Easy. I work in the bakery at Albertson's and it is done everyday. Just bring in your photo when you order your cake and tell them what you want it to look like, border colors, etc and say...

I am pretty sure most supermarket bakeries have this as an available option...just in case you do not like Albertson's cake? I hear Costco makes great cakes, and they can probably do that too.

Try Albertson's (or another local grocery store chain)- you can give them a photo and they will make it into the frosting of the cake (we did that with my dog's picture several years ago). Sorry about your dad's passing - great rememberance of him, though.
