I know another site you can get free print excerise sheet. You can either join for free and get reminders of exercise. I am a member of a site called big tent. Not sure of the url but you might search yahoo or google for
No Excuse work out. This is a part of www.flylady.com Not sure if she has a link on her site to Jonathan Roches website or not. but they have a thing where you can start with a 6 minute work out. You can do different exercise with this. he reminds you to exercise. You can also pay and get heart rate monitor or what ever. You can be a member rather you pay for it. or you can still use it for free. is it www.bigtent.com I can't rember exactly. you can search for no excuse work out with jonathan roach. Not sure on the spelling. I will try to find the link for you. It is free and they are a wonderful bunch of people to. I hope you can find it. Let me know if you do. They do daily reminders. This will help you get a good schedule going and you can start with baby steps so you don't over do things or get burned out.

I don't know if you have considered video cardio routines but I use "Power 90" I bought the set in 2007 and I Love it! I not only lost weight and a inches I was hoping to, but I still use it to this day and I have maintained my desired weight for 2years. I tried going to the gym and did real good but this requires no equipment or time demand and I am able to spoil sometimes with treats and not feel bad! Its a great and easy to follow workout, simple no "dance moves" just cardio and fat burning routine exercises. Good Luck.
