Looks like I Might Be Having My FOURTH girl...name Help!

I am 33 weeks pregnant with my fourth, which we wanted to be a surprise, but my doc slipped up today during my appointment and referred to the baby as "she". I didn't say anything, he had a student doctor in the room and I didn't want to make an ordeal out of it. Anyhow, we have three girls already, and I am not sure what to name a fourth. Our three right now are Faith, Caroline and Scarlett. If you have a name you think would fit with those three, feel free to suggest them to me! Man oh man it's tough coming up with yet ANOTHER girl name!! :)
Thanks in advance!

I love the names I chose for my girls
Emerlyn Preslee & Brailee Avery

Did you ever watch the ya-ya sisterhood movie?
I love Sandra Bullocks name in that movie: Sidalee
Not common at all but still pretty. I often look to books I connect with
or movies, even in the credits you can find inspiration.
Hope this helps. And CONGRATS!!!

I have an Ellery and a Kinsey. Also a boy Austin but I have met girl Austin's too.
Love Torrey and Avery.
Just read a book with a little girl named Heath. Love that, too. Also had a sister named Bevan. Two great names.
Always wanted a Linnea.
Charlotte, Audrey, Harmony?
The surprise might be on you- could be a boy!
We did not want to know and were VERY vocal at the amnio/ultrasound. I said "I don't want to know because if it is a boy and you tell me that it's a boy then there is no chance I'm having a girl. But since I'm convinced it is a boy, if you don't tell me- it could be either one." Pregnant woman logic.
Anyway, one tech looked at the other, pointed to the screen and said "Yep." and the other said "I know." and my husband and I both came out saying "It's another boy."
She was the biggest surprise- I didn't even ask what the baby was when it was born I was so sure it was a boy. Best surprise ever.

My daughter's name is Rayna (ray- na or rain-a - pronounced the same way). Not another one the whole way through her school, so it's unique. She loves it - other than when trying to find a preprinted knick knack at a tourist destination - and then she just gets something with Ray on it - since that's her nickname. My grandmother's name is Faye, so that's her middle name. Since we live in Texas too, it sounds southern!!!

Who are the people that are meaningful to you? We named our son after my hubby's best friend who passed away/middle name after his mentor. See if that helps. If you don't want to use the exact name, then you can use a name that is close or has a similar sound :)

Congratulations! Four girls equals a girls' barbershop quartet - or four fifths of a girls' basketball team! Wonderful!

There are millions of names you haven't used yet. I love the names you've already chosen. Stay relatively classic, as you have done. Think of flowers. Think of relatives' names - particularly ancestors who lived seventy-five to one hundred years ago. Grace? Marie? Daisy? Clara? Susan? Katherine? Sarah? (I had several Great-aunt Sallies.) Elizabeth? Delia? Alice? I haven't looked at the other responses, so some of these may be duplicates. Have fun!

My doc has boys, she referred to ALL babies as boys and explained that to me, although I did have a boy. So, I think a classic name would go along with the other classic names

Victoria, Emelia, Grace are all great names, but Elizabeth would be my personal choice. I hope if you have a boy you continue on that route with a name like William, Edward, James. Contratz on the baby and I hope you find the "right name."

On my short list were Julia, Hannah, Corinne, Lucy, Serena. We didn't know if it would be a boy or a girl (we tried to find out, but Baby wouldn't cooperate ;). It was a girl, and we decided she was a Corinne when we met her. (Pronounced Kah-RINN, not Kor-EEN) Our second was almost Julia, but became Isabelle (which I now regret, because shortly thereafter, the Isabella craze started... sigh...).

FYI- It might not mean you are having a girl! My ultrasound technician always makes it a point to say (before she has ever started an exam), that she often refers to babies as "he" because she has all boys. I even had someone in the room with us one time who was their to fine tune one of the machines, and she said she always says "she" because she has a girl at home. I was told that the doctors are never aware of the gender because it is not recorded, and most don't look for it. Even if they did, the majority of the shots are of the growth of the baby, not what is (or isn't) in between the legs.

Whether girl or boy . . . CONGRATS!!!

Congrats on your little bundle of baby girl love. Under normal circumstances I would suggest K. but for this special little girl I think the following names would go much better with her sister's names:

Madison, Emma, Natalia, or Rachel.

I'm with Kelly L. on this. Your doc may not have slipped at all. In which case I would have some boy names set to the side.

And maybe your doctor just said "she" because he is used to you having all girls? Might not have really been a slip, so you never know!!

thats really unprofessional to slip up and they seem to do that a lot. So you seem to like more conventional names. for me I kinda like Lydia, Evelyne, Madeline, or Victoria. I like strong sounding names and then you would have a very interesting combination there. Personally I like to wait till they are born and then see what they are like then name them. I had my first's picked out for months before she was born then I regretted later then name cause it didnt seem to fit her. Our second was named the day before she was born and she fit it more than sufficiently. Our last was a name we picked a week before birth but when he was born, we completely changed it to something else after 2 days out.
