I was looking for the same and just recently joined a MOPS group here in Fort Collins. It is exactly what I was looking for. I am not sure if you can work it into your schedule or not but I think it is the best of both worlds. Your kids get great interaction with other children and at the same time you get a break and get to make friends with other mothers. The group meets 2x a month on the first and third Wednesday from 9-11:30am. It is at the Evangelical Free church over on S. I'm a 31 year old mostly SAHM with a baby girl named Katie who just turned 13 months on October 2nd. I'm waiting for my friends to hurry up and have kids too! I live about 25 minutes north of Fort Collins, but I drive down to FC pretty frequently.
