Hello, I am looking for 1st birthday themes that are unique. There will be 7 other children attending. The ages range from 1 to 12. I plan on making the cake(s) as well. Her room is decorated as Winnie the Pooh and I thought about using this as a theme, but its not very unique to me. Any suggestions are welcome.

What can I do next?

Birthday theme at one should be what her room is decorated or what you know she would like. Like elmo blues clues what does she watch the most. Or I did mine on her I took a cute photo of he rplaying with a ballon and had it laminated and put it on her cake I also made her invites with that photo.

Not sure about a theme, but wanted to share an idea that I did at my kids first birthday parties. We set up a bench outside with a Birthday banner behind it. As the guest came in or during the party, we made sure that every guest sat down with the birthday baby and got their picture taken. I printed out doubles and put one copy in a baby memory book for their first birthday and the other copy I wrote on the back and sent out as thank you cards. Everyone really liked it and we have great picture memories!!!

Hello J.-We just celebrated my son's 1st Birthday with a Barnyard theme and we hired a mobile petting farm and it was a ton of fun for everyone. We also had a wide age range of kids attending so we wanted to keep everyone entertained. It was well worth the money and everyone including the adults had a great time. It's very easy to find party themed plates and decorations too. We made goody bags to look like cows with white paper lunch bags and added the black spots with marker and I put animal crackers and barn themed stickers and then we had a pinata and the candy from that went in their bags. I made a cow shaped cake that was very easy. I found it at familyfun.com. Best of luck let me know if you need more info.
