Looking for Toddler-size "Full-arm" Mittens & "Full-coverage" Hats

Does anyone know where I can buy mittens that have a sleeve on them that extend up the arm? I am looking for toddler-size ones. Last year, while surfing the internet, I stumbled across a website for a company that sold them--I believe the company was on the west coast, like Seattle or Oregon--and now I can't find it. (I'd REALLY like to find that site again. They sold organic and natural fabrics, and cool things like wizard capes.)

I am also looking for a toddler-size hat that covers the entire head and ears, snaps under the chin, and just leaves the little face peaking out. I'm willing to pay a little more for ones that are made in the USA, and are made out of wool, or other natural fabric.

What can I do next?

I always find full arm mittens/gloves at Fleet Farm

The only ones I have seen are at "Once Upon a Child". The gloves/mittens that is. They are hard to fine and have thought about just sewing my own :)

Hannah Andersson has great hats and their infant winter "pilot caps" fit my daughter who is 4 1/2.

I'm not sure about the "full-arm" mittens, but have had good luck with hats at REI. I don't know if they carry made in the USA brands, but they are nice and warm and have velcro under the chin (and cover the back of head well too).
