Urban Oasis - the best! There are two locations - one on North Ave (near Clybourn) and one downtown. Plan to take a shower afterward as they have amazing rain and steam showers.

I travel to all those areas, and have been focused on women, and pre and post natal massage for the past 8 years, including 4 on staff at Prentice Women's Hospital. I also do post natal in hospital massage work. More about me as well on LInkedin.
Thank you,
D.

Hi R..

I have a wonderful pre-natal yoga teacher at the Galter Life center named Kristin. I know she does pre-natal massage at the Center (although I have not yet had a massage from her). The rate is $70 hr. for non-members. If you check out the galter website: www.galterlifecenter.org and click on "programs" (I think) and then "massage," that should take you to the phone number and info.

the Center is at Foster and Francisco.

I've used Ezzie Reyes at Lifetime Fitness Spa ###-###-####) in Skokie for the last couple of years. I've used her for pre-natal, post-natal and hot stone massage and wouldn't see anyone else. Good Luck!

There is a fantastic massage therapist who is based out of the Andersonville, Lincoln Square area, but she'll come to you. Her name is Tara Brinkman, works for Mother Me as a pre-natal massage therapist and doula. She's my doula and she's great! She's at ###-###-####

Sweet Pea Studio on Ravenswood at Lincoln/Addison has it. I haven't used them, but have heard good things about them and take my son to music classes there.

R.,
Congratulations!!!
If you can get into the City, I recommend Urban Oasis. They are at 12 West Maple and also on North Avenue near Clybourn. Everyone on the staff is qualified to give prenatal massages. I have been going there for years.

R. - congratulations! I second the recommendation for Dori Conn (she also happens to be an amazing doula, if you're looking). You can get massages from her through her business or through the Evanston YMCA, you can get great rates through the Y if you're a member. That Y also has great pools for lane swimming once you're very very pregnant.

Hi

I have a baby of 6 mth old. And would give you the recommendation that I enjoyed the most. I got this prenatal Yoga and Massage DVD. I did Yoga and then my husband did the massage. It was incredible. Three times a week..and while doing that he used to enjoy the movement of the baby. See if you can get your significant other doing so.......

Try the Lumbar Lounge! I surprised my friend when she was pregnant with a massage there and she loved it! The address is a Chicago one, but it is just south of Evanston.
