Not too long ago a lady mentioned she was going forward with her dreams of having a tummy tuck. I am trying to locate her. I would love to talk to you and find out how everything went. If there is anyone out there who has advice or recommendation, etc. I would love to hear from you too.

What can I do next?

I recently had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Natan Yaker in Plano. I searched everywhere and found him here! I did not have a tummy tuck but would not hesitate to have one done with him. I was so comfortable in his office and he and his staff ensured that it was as painless as possible. It is definately worth a visit. He will spend all the time needed with you for a cosultation. ###-###-####

I have not had plastic surgery. I do know that Dr. Yaker is highly recommended as well as Dr. Russell Sparenberg.

My hubby was in a very bad accident about 10 yrs ago and Dr. Sparenberg was fantastic.

Right now, I have a lump that has to be removed from my abdomen and my Ob/Gyn recommended these 2 Dr.'s. I have spoken with Dr. Sparenberg and he will probably be the one that helps me out. My Ob said that my lump needed to be taken care of by a plastic surgeon due to the potential scar.

I have put this off for months and now I am really freaked out because of Kayne West's mom dying in a cosmetic procedure. My procedure is NOT cosmetic but I can't bring myself to go in on my own, even though covered by insurance.

Anyone with positive info????

Susan

Funny .. I tried to follow up with her - but wasn't successful - so not sure if she had it done or not .. Gladys B I believe was her name. :-)

good luck in persuing yours - I would LOVE to have one and would be a fantastic candidate ... my stretched out skin from 3 babies - not pretty. BUT, I'm too chicken (even though I've had c/s) and just couldn't bring myself to spend the $$ ... at least not at this point in time in our lives.

Let us know what you decide!!!

I just had my tummy tuck on april 11th with
dr. todd pollock
his website is www.drpollock.com

He is so amazing. i look like i lost 50lbs and he does not use tummy tuck drains and the place where you stay overnight is simply amazing.

I am so happy i chose him.

I visited with 8 other doctors and he was by far my favorite.

Other than him id reccomend

dr.Fred Lester In dallas ( baylor)
Dr. Ronald Freidman ( plano baylor)

I haven't had this done, but have looked into it. My mother had one done with Dr. Yaker. Hers was recommended by her family doctor because she had had back pain for a long time. The doctor said it was because she had no stomach muscles from her pregnancies and the extra weight was affecting her back. Anyhow, she is over 70 years old and the pain from the surgery lasted for several weeks, but she appears fine now and she looks great. I think hers was around 9000 with everything included. When I went for a consult, I looked into breast aug as well, and the total ranged from about $15,500 to $17,800.

Good luck!
