Looking for Moms' Group in IGH Area

I would be interested. I have a 20 month old and a baby on the way. I live in IGH too. I am a member of Saint Paul and Twin Cities moms groups on meetup.com. They have activities every week and you can find a lot of moms with kids in different age groups. I probably wont be up to doing any playgroups for a few weeks as my baby is due any day now but email me maybe we could get a playgroup together. Let me know if you find out any information about the moms group of igh because I am also interested,

Hi. There is a great Baby and Me class that takes place at the ECFE center (5th Avenue Plaza on Carmen/5th avenue and Upper 55th/South Street). IT is for residents of IGH & SSP. The drop in class is Tuesdays from 1-2 pm. It is free and is fun to talk to other moms and see kids. There are like 4 kids that are all around the same age (my daughter is 5 1/2 months)

Hi T., I live in IGH area and have a 2 year old girl and a 4 month old girl. I work full-time but have time on some weekends. I do register for classes at Family Connections off of Upper 55th and Carmen Avenue. They have a baby and me class then toddler time class and even a music class. It's a great place to socialize with other parents and for the kids to interact with you and others. It's a sliding fee and if you can't afford it tell them and they'll waive the cost. I think it's $30-50 normally. When your child becomes older they have a music together class at the Community Center. It's $150 for the first child and $90 for the second if the second is 8 mo. and older.
