Hi everyone. I am writing to find out if their are moms out their that may be able to refer me to a family counselor. My husband and I have been married a little over 5 years and we continue to hit this hard rock but never get over it just go around it. We both have agreed to go see someone however sometimes pulling a name off the internet does not set that well for me. We live near clarendon hills, westmont, darien, and downers grove area. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
There is a man in Downers Grove that I can't recommend highly enough. He helps with both the root cause of the issue as well as strategies for handling the right here and now. Others I have met have handled one or the other, but none has done what he has done.

We went to 4 or 5 counselors before we found BETTY ORLANDINO. She may not have an office near you because she worked from her home and had 1 office years ago. She has that office and downtown and has published a couple of books. She's GREAT no matter what the problem. Look her up online or thru the phone book. She takes insurance and is very accomodating. The last # I had for her was ###-###-####. Address was 415 LaSalle suite #403 Chgo, Il 60610. Give my love to her and my personal reccomendation.

It may be too far but DeMerchant and Associates on Roosevelt Road in Wheaton is a great counseling center. Tom Gill is wonderful and has night hours.
