I'm looking for indoor activities to do with my 14 month old daughter. The ymca where i used to live has playgroups that anyone can attend, you don't need to be a member. They open the gym up and put out lots of activities. I'm looking for something similar, so that my daughter can get interaction with other kids and something to do to get her out of the house during the rainy season. puyallup area

What can I do next?

have you thought about the little gym? It's right by the South Hill Mall, a little more reasonable than the Ymca, and at your daughter's age, they may have a class you guys can do together. The staff is super nice.

There is a YMCA in Puyallup. It's called the Mel Korum YMCA. Your daughter is the only one that would need to be a member in order for her to enroll in the group classes. There is also a Little Gym on Meridian that offers classes during the fall. The library in Down Town Puyallup also has story times twice a week or so that doesn't cost anything.

You can also look in the paper on Thursdays I think and it will give a lot of activities in the area for the weekend, some free, some not.
Good Luck!

The Children's Museum in Tacoma and Olympia are free the first Friday of every month and I think like after 3pm it's half price, so its maybe like 4 or 5 dollars. They are both fun places to take the little ones. The one in Olympia even has a special area just for toddlers. Its the best! My daughter likes it alot, especially in the water play area!
