I am expecting my second baby very soon. I have always gone to NWCC and found there DR.s to be very nice and always able to get appt. However, I am troubled by the number of different people you see there, each of which will have a different opinion on what is wrong with the child. Further, at my last appointment, I found that they had made errors on my sons immunizations. Saying on his chart 3 were missing and then returning to say they somehow found them in a paper chart but not transfereed into the computer. A large concern for me considering the concerns over vaccines these days. Now I have doubts wether he has been correctly immunized. Do you please have any pediatricians you love. I live in North West Peoria!! thanks

What can I do next?

Try " Children's Medical Group". They are located at 5757 W Thunderbird Rd in PHX. Their # is ###-###-####. My kids have been going to see Dr Agnes Lardizabel for over 12yrs now!(The kids' primary Dr) Dr. Jeffery Maxxy is also fantastic. They are always taking new patients & take most insurances. I have a 13yr old son & an 11 yr old daughter. My kids love their dr so much, in fact, I recently had my daughter in for her annual checkup & she wanted to know how long she was going to be able to continue seeing her pediatrician. I have several friends that drive 40 miles or more just to come see this group of pediatricians. Check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed. Good luck!

I absolutely love Great Destinations. It should be close to you on 79th Ave just south of Union Hills. www.gdpeds.com I've not had a single bad experience there and I've got three kids that we're in and out of there with. They are very caring and even help you as far as understanding your insurance benefits (which I've not found elsewhere). All their records seem to be digital... the nurse and the Dr. come in with a laptop and record all the data straight to the computer.

I also take my daughter to Pediatrix along with my 2 nieces and 2 nephews! Dr Nemivant is wonderful! I have also seen Dr. Maglnick and the nurse practitioner Sharon Harkins. They all of very personable and will be very upfront when it comes to vaccinations as I am very skeptical and have been very picky on which one my daughter receives. They have always gotten us in right away for appointments and have worked side by side with my sister and her 1yr daughter who has gone thru a lot of ear nose, and sinuses issues. There web sit is www.pediatrixmd.com we all take them to there new location at Happy Valley and I-17!

i have been using Great Desinstions Pediatric and they are located at 79th Ave and union Hills there number is ###-###-#### We have seen Dr Karen Prentice since my son was born and she is great her MA Rhonda is awesome too. We have also had to use other doctors and they all were nice too. We used NWCC for 3 months and had nothing but problems with them my 7 year old had a staph infection and they didn't want to use medicine they wanted it kept clean and two days later we could pull her eye off of her face about a 1/2 inch we took her to the er and found out that them not doing anything made it worse and thankfully the scar is not noticible. Anyways we never had to wait to long to get an appointment they even will stay late if it is something hey are concerned about I would never move my kids from there.

I take my girls to Pediatrix and they have 3 or 4 different locations. The one I go to is just off of Pinnacle Peak Road and east of i-17 and we see Dr.Nemivant. I think he's great and we like him. I have also seen Dr. Kleiner couple of times and he was nice, too. Their # is ###-###-#### and you have to tell them which office you want to go to (if you decide).

Hope this helps.
