Hi:

I am looking for a good travel agent to book a trip for my son and his fiancee.

They got a $500.00 voucher for taking a different flight on a previous trip and now they want to use that along with cash if need to to go on a trip.

I appreciate your help in finding a good and reliable agent.
God bless,
C.

I was a travel agent and group agent for a few years, so I know what to look for in an agent. I can honestly say, give Ralph Iantosca a call at Iantosca travel in Irving. His specialty is superior customer service -- and he goes beyond what a typical agent will do for you. He's looking to establish a relationship with his clients so that he can better customize your dream trips. He even has another company that does wonderful trips for women only.

He's working up my honeymoon european cruise and excursion now and he even added individual tour guides that he has used in the past.

I don't have his phone number, but he can be reached through email at ____@____.com

We planned our Cruise through her. She took installment payments on it until it was paid in full which made it not seem so overwhelming.

I don't know of a good one to use, BUT I know of one NOT to use!! Carlson Wagonlit Travel ruined my honeymoon with not so much as a "by your leave"! (We were in 2 twin beds!)
The corp office was quick to tell me all their agents were "franchized" out and there was nothing they could do to help me. (I was making all these phone calls from the US Virgin Islands). Thankfully my husband got me laughing and the trip is now something we look back on and make big jokes about!!
