Looking for Good Realtor - Toledo,OH

Hi K., my name is T. and i live in sylvania township. we moved here in 2005 but we looked for a home for 7 months. the first time we had a realtor who was extremely part time at it and it showed. she wasnt agressive...i would have to find properties and then make sure it fit HER schedule to go look at them. it was awful. then we went to an open house in my present neighborhood, and from first meeting, we fell in love with the guy so much, that we asked him to be OUR realtor...his name is Ken Hicks, he lives in Sylvania (lived in our subdivision for 17 years)and devotes 40 - 50 hours a week to the profession. It is his main job and he has properties all over the city. He was very proactive...sometimes having three and four things to show me at my convenience and sometimes over and over again!!! We were so spoiled! Again, his name is Ken Hicks, he's with ReMax Central Group ###-###-####. he has signs in our neighborhood and i could get his cell phone number, which i dont have only because i switched phones and it has been awhile... Call and tell him that T. and Ray Miller on Tottenham sent you!!! Good luck!!! (and depending on what youre looking for there are some great deals around here! )

We relocated here this past fall (corp. relo) and our realtor was Nancy Kabot - www.toledoliving.com Her and her husband (Tom) have assisted in the relocation of several families with my husbands company. He works in Toledo, Sylvania, etc. He was referred to us by someone who works with my husband. He was very understanding of our needs, and wants. We ended up with a big house in a great neighborhood.

Hi, K., We moved here to Toledo 19 years ago, and now are selling and moving to a smaller home. Our realtor for both transactions has been Jane Haley. She is a top seller, and a really great lady! We also wanted to look in Sylvania or Perrysburg, which were recommended to us by a friend already living in the area. I'd advise you, though, to widen your search, even though Sylvania has the best schools in the area. The taxes are much higher! Good luck!
