Hi S.! I dont know if you have Kaiser or not, but Dr. Rachmat is absolutely wonderful!!! I have a teenage daugther (15) and a 2yr old daughter that are her patients and we have nothing but good things to say about her! She is located at Kaiser on Deer Valley Rd.

Good luck!

I would highly recommend Dr. Goldman of John Muir Pediatrics on Balfour Road. I am a nurse myself for John Muir and she was referred to me from another nurse who works in the Pediatric department at John Muir Walnut Creek Hospital. I am so glad to have found her! She has two small boys herself and has been practicing for about 5 years. I believe both her parents are MD's as well. My OB-GYN has been a friend of her family for many years, and he referred me to her as well!

Hi S.-
I really like our pediatrician in Brentwood. She is in the John Muir system and her name is Lisa Rood (not to be confused with being rude :-) She was not our ped when my baby was born last year but when we had a little health scare, we saw her while our dr was out of the office and we ended up switching to her. She made me feel very supported, comfortable and educated about a very scary testing procedure we needed to go through for our precious (at the time 4 mo old). I am so glad I switched to her. She has been very available for phone calls for quick questions and support over the past year. Love her!

Dr. Rachmat (spelling??) at Kaiser. She is great!!!!! Not too sure if she is taking other patients, but it took us a while to get our daughter on her panel. Other people referred us to her and she is awesome!!

S.,

I noticed someone recommended Dr. Ryan Tracy and I also recommend him. When my husband I met with him before our daughter was born we felt really comfortable. He's the head of pediatrics at Sutter Delta and also came recommended by my gyno. He saw my daughter right after she was born, then Dr. Wu was on call and available for Laurel's first couple appointments and she was very personable and took time to listen, in fact she's seeing Laurel for her one year check-up since Dr. Tracy will be on vacation. I have a friend with a 3.5 year old who has had Dr. Tracy from the beginning and she highly recommends him, too.

Good luck!

HI S., I have a wonderful Pediatrician in Brentwood my mother found after my son was born in 2005 which I delivered in Mt View so I needed to find him a dr near home. I was new to the area and many of my friends are on Kaiser so it was hard for me to find a good one. Im super picky when it comes to dr's and my healthcare. My mother use to work in the hosptial and told me the best way to find a good dr is to called the local pharmacy and asked them who they like since they fill Rx's all day and interact with the dr offices. That is how I ended up with Dr. Ryan Tracy with Diablo Pediatrics. He is wonderful and has great bedside manners. Dr Yang and Dr Wu who are also in the same office are good too. I just enjoy seeing Dr Tracy. So nice and polite. Very carying and fun office and they take your concerns seriously no matter what the issue is. They have offices in Antioch and Concord. Here is the number for Brentwood. ###-###-####. I just really like Dr Tracy. Very easy to talk to and takes great concern with your childs health and makes you feel good no matter what guestions you ask. Good luck!
