Looking for Black Patent Mary Janes for Toddler

We've bought black patents at Walmart and Payless. I think the Walmart ones were under $10. Both carry wides. At Walmart, they usually have size 4 and 5 in the baby department near the socks if you don't find any in the shoe department. As far as bows, I just bought a black one at Kid to Kid in Highland Village. I didn't see velvet, but they had regular ribbon and chiffon (sp??). I got the regular one and it looks fine with a velvet dress. If you're really desperate and it HAS to be velvet, you might find the materials to make one at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.

I got my daughter a cute pair last week on sale at JC Penny for 12.99. They are Rachel brand.

Go to Nordstrom's Rack in Plano at Park & Preston. They have gorgeous shoes at great prices! Also, Kid to Kid (resale) in Plano at Parker & Midway is hit or miss but can be great. They also have a huge assortment of new bows.

I saw some at Target of course I went to 3 different stores but I think it was the one in Southlake.

Everyone has already mentioned where I always find my girls shoes, although you could also try Payless. As for the bow, try once upon a child on 1171. I was recently there, and they had some nice bows for holiday dresses available, and I am pretty sure I saw a black one. It is so much fun getting our little girls all dressed up this time of year, take lots of fun photos and good luck! ~A.~
