I am about to put my house on the market and I would like to find someone that finds the buyers not waits for the buyers to call and knows the area. Spanish speaking is a plus. I have a gem and need to get it seen.

Please try getting in contact with Linda Cassara Lowens. She is part of the Remax team in that area. She is my best friend's mom, but I am not recommending her for that reason. She is wonderful at selling houses and will not give up until the job is done. She is very honest and will tell you how to get your house sold sooner.
