Looking for a Washing Machine

I don't have one that I'm getting ris of... but I thought I would suggest you look on Craig's List. I bet you can find a cheap or maybe even free one on there. Go to www.craigslist.com on the right side of the page click on Dallas, then look under the for sale section. You can look under the FREE part, but you better do it early in the morning and get to where ever it is fast. Or you can look under the Household section. I saw a washer/dryer combo on there today for $200.

I purchased my used washer & dryer from K&L Appliances. My mother got her set from them, too, and so did her neighbors. I've been very pleased with their selection and services. They are located in Balch Springs, which is not too far from Mesquite. I simply phoned ahead and explained what I was looking for and then met them out there to look at it. Then, they delivered it and set it up for me at no additional charge. I paid $350 for my set, but I'm sure it depends on the age of the machine. They offer a 30 day warranty and stand behind it. I had trouble with the washer and they came out a picked it up and brought me another one that was identical. Here's their info:

My husband used to work at the Conn's Clearance Center in Mesquite and they sell new washers for about $200. The only clearance center they have in the metroplex is in Mesquite off of 635. I have also purchased some stuff from the Sears scratch & dent, but they have moved and I am user where they are now. I would also see if any one is giving one away on Craig's List.

I have a washer & dryer set that I need to get rid of. They both work great. If you haven't found one yet, please let me know.
