you can find meetups in your area which have playgroups. try meetup.com. i live in roseville and found one called. M.A.M.A. (mommy and munchkin alliance it's really fun!

My daughter (4mos) and I are members of Sierra Moms and they have tons of playgroups.

D., I just have to also encourage you to consider joining Sierra Moms. They are a fantastic mothers group, based in Folsom and EDH. My children and I have met friends for life thought this group... it is a great organization. Check out their website (www.sierramoms.org), and they are also having their annual Bunko Bash at the Folsom Community Center on Tuesday March 4th.
